Data we process
NovelCraft processes account details, projects, chapters, characters, facts, analysis results and payment data needed to provide the service.
Marketing attribution uses a random session identifier hashed by the API, campaign parameters and referring hostname.
How we use it
We use data to save manuscripts, run requested tasks, process payments, secure the service and measure acquisition channels.
When you request AI assistance, the context needed for that task may be sent to the configured provider.
Your choices
You keep ownership of your manuscripts. We do not sell your story content or use it for general model training.

Security and retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by account-level authorization.
We retain data only as needed to provide the service, meet payment obligations and resolve valid requests.
Operator and vendors
NovelCraft is operated by NOVA HORIZON LLC. The current service may use hosted authentication, database, AI and payment vendors; their regions and subprocessors are documented before paid English launch.
